What’s next? - Beyond our Addiction Treatment Programs
A life in recovery is a process that begins as soon a woman leaves treatment. There are many challenges that arise once a woman begins practicing her new life skills after treatment. Casa prides itself on supporting our clients post-treatment and has developed a range of no-cost services to support long-term recovery.
- Casa’s Aftercare services enable our clients to continue to work on their treatment plan after they are discharged. Clients participate in individualized counseling sessions, process groups, and receive random drug testing. The Aftercare program also affords clients to remain strongly connected to Casa’s recovery community.
- Our Family Program: The family plays a critical role in the recovery process. We encourage reunification among families that have been broken apart by alcohol and drug addiction through weekly family group sessions. Sessions provide women and their families with education about the disease of addiction and offer suggested tools for our clients and the recovering family members to utilize as they begin to heal.
- Alumnae Program: The original alumna program began almost 50 years ago and has transformed into a powerful agent for change. It provides an opportunity for the women to stay strongly connected to the recovery community, learn new skills, gain confidence, and build a strong support system.
