Marietta Cantsee has been working in the field of counseling for five years and joined Casa in 2018. She graduated from East Los Angeles College with a double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice.  In working with the women, Marietta takes a genuine interest in the needs of each client and provides compassionate care, using motivational Interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy as counseling methods.

Marietta, a Native American, was raised on the reservation of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe in White Mesa, Utah. She has lived in California for 21 years.  Marietta's hobbies include going for walks, reading, attending concerts at different venues and, spending time with her family.
