Ava joined Casa Treatment Center as the Director of Development in 2015.  As a fundraising professional with over a decade of experience, she has raised millions of dollars to support Southern Californian nonprofits.  A prolific writer, she has written three public policy books and dozens of fund development magazines, newsletters and brochures.  Ava graduated cum laude and with honors from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science and studied as a Dean’s Scholar at New York University's Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, where she received an M.P.A in Nonprofit Management.  A lover of the outdoors, when she is not working, she can be found biking around Los Angeles or planning her next snorkeling adventure.
